Dr. DuRant has looked after the children of Mt. Pleasant and Charleston for more than a decade. In January 2027 she opens Zest Pediatrics of Mt. Pleasant, a practice built so she can truly know every family she sees.
She keeps a small panel on purpose, which means:

50 Founding Families
Dr. DuRant is welcoming her first 50 founding families before she opens in January 2027. Founding families pay $130 a month per child (ages 0 to 17), held through 2027. Siblings get 25% off a second child and 30% off a third, and the $100 enrollment fee is waived.
Once the 50 founding spots are reserved, standard rates apply.
