When your child is sick, who’s really there?

At 11pm, when the fever spikes, most parents discover the difference between a pediatric office and a pediatrician who truly knows their child.

Most parents don’t realize what’s missing — until they need help most.

In traditional pediatric practices, after hours usually means:

• A nurse triage line
• An on-call doctor who doesn’t know your child
• Waiting, worrying, or guessing what to do next

That may be common. But it doesn’t have to be normal.

Zest was built for families who want direct access, real relationships, and calm guidance when it actually matters.

Meet Dr. Kristina Javier!

Your Pediatrician in Lake Nona

Dr. Javier is a board-certified pediatrician with nearly 15 years of experience with Orlando families. She earned her medical degree at SUNY Downstate and completed her pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, here in Orlando. She is fluent in Spanish.

At Zest, Dr. Kristina cares for a small panel of patients, which means:

  • She knows your child

  • She knows your family

  • And when you reach out, you’re reaching her, directly

This is medicine the way it was meant to feel. Dr. Javier has only 20 founding family spots remaining in Lake Nona — and they are filling.

A young girl with curly blonde hair and light skin is smiling and holding the arm of a woman who has dark curly hair, glasses, darker skin, and is wearing medical scrubs and an ear piece. They are in a brightly lit room with white window blinds and medical equipment in the background.

A complimentary introductory visit.

When we moved to Orlando in 2016 we were nervous about finding the right pediatrician. From day one, Dr. Javier made us feel supported, heard, and understood. She is always there when we need her—even with late night emergencies!
