PRENATAL PREPARATION VISIT at HOME

Not sure what you really need? Deep breath. Your Zest Pediatrician will come to your house BEFORE the baby arrives to talk you through all of it. What you need, what don’t, and how to be as ready as you can for baby’s arrival.
COMPLIMENTARY NEWBORN COURSE

Zest pediatrician and co-founder, Dr. Keili, is also the co-founder of Hey, dr. K!, a series of parenting courses created to bring evidence-based guidance to you at home. All Zest families will receive free access to the dedicated newborn course, Hey, baby!
HOSPITAL VISIT

We are with you from the start. Your own Zest doctor will check in on you at the hospital to make sure that you are getting all of the support you need from day 1.
LACTATION SUPPORT

All families who are interested in breast feeding receive a complementary virtual visit with a Zest Lactation Consultant in the first week after the baby is born.
HOME VISITS

That’s right: ZEST DOCTORS COME TO YOU. The last thing a family wants to do with a newborn is leave the house, we promise. Let us make your life easier.
EDUCATON

We can’t help ourselves! Zest doctors provide education to families near and far. From podcasts, to quick videos on timely health topics, to parent education, we love to share and teach! Tune in for newborn-specific topics!
