Monthly price for 1 child:
Infants ages 0-24 months: $180/month
Ages 2-4 years: $160/month
Ages 5-17 years: $140/month
Ages 18-22 years: $70/month

Based on the size of your family and ages of your children, your family is charged one monthly rate and that includes everything that our doctors do for you at the office.
