  • Marisa Quattrone, MD, FAAP

    Dr. Marisa Quattrone is a board-certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh before moving to Cleveland to obtain an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. After working as an engineer for several years, she realized she was spending too much time with machines and not enough time with people. She received her MD from Case Western School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Pediatrics that brought her back home to the highly ranked Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. After three years of intense, diverse training, she was the recipient of the Primary Care Award. She was also recognized as one of the 2023 Best Doctors in Pennsylvania.

    Though she has absolutely loved practicing as a general pediatrician for over a decade, something was always missing. It is truly an honor to be a part of a child’s growth and development; to watch them grow into unique beings with their own interests and, at times, challenges. However, the traditional way of practicing Pediatrics does not allow for the time or continuity that is necessary to really build the relationships needed to make sure each child’s health needs are being met. She feels confident that teaming up with Zest to provide a direct primary care model to families in the South Hills of Pittsburgh will allow her to develop those relationships, the thing that was always missing.

    Dr. Quattrone is the mother to a very sweet little girl. They enjoy all outdoor activities, tending to their gardens, and going to see the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Quattrone recently took on a new role having a blast as coach of her little girl’s tee-ball team!

  • We are SO happy we decided to switch to DPC care for baby Beverly. Last night she was waking up a lot and I kind of had a feeling she may have an ear infection. I went to give her some Tylenol and of course the dosing instructions say call doctor. Normally I'd have to wait through a long call back. For 24/7 nurse care or just wait to be on hold forever to get somebody the next day. I texted Marissa at 10:30 p.m. she wrote me right back. Told me what to give her and then I was able to bring her in at the best time that was convenient for me this morning. Turns out she does have an ear infection and she's on antibiotics and the whole process was so smooth.

Monthly price for 1 child:

  • Infants ages 0-24 months: $180/month

  • Ages 2-4 years: $160/month

  • Ages 5-17 years: $140/month

  • Ages 18-22 years: $70/month

Based on the size of your family and ages of your children, your family is charged one monthly rate and that includes everything that our doctors do for you at the office. No co-pays for appointments or surprise charges for in office labs or forms. Just one straight-forward, simple monthly charge.
